MySAN iSCSI Server Software

Turn Windows into an iSCSI Storage Appliance
With MySAN software, anyone can create an IP SAN in seconds using their existing server and storage hardware. MySAN works by turning any Windows partition (such as a hard drive, internal RAID array, external storage system, or even Fibre Channel storage) into an iSCSI target. This storage can then be assigned to any computer on an Ethernet network using iSCSI, giving users a vendor-neutral IP SAN instantly.

World's Most Popular Open iSCSI Target for Microsoft Windows
MySAN today is the most widely-used third-party iSCSI target software available on Microsoft Windows, growing to a community of over 14,000 users.

Analyst Praise
"With MySAN, you get freedom; the only person you need to complain to about the high cost of storage or vendor lock-in is yourself. You decide and control what server platforms with attached storage that you will deploy the free software on. What a great way to experiment with an IP SAN to see how it fits into your environment! Given the addictive nature, you will be hooked and looking for a full fledged iSCSI-based solution in the not so distance future."
